A concrete problem.
One team from end to end.

  1. Start with the problem, not the tool.

Duplicate entry, scattered data or an ERP that needs to evolve: we start with what is getting in the way of your work.

  2. One point of contact to keep the project on track.

We coordinate data, development, integration and training with your teams.

  3. Help your teams put the solution to work.

We help your teams adopt the solution, review how it works in practice and follow up on agreed improvements.

One process, one site or one user group to begin with. Any extension is decided with you.

What we do at every stage
  1. Understand how you operate.

We observe operations, tools and constraints with your teams to clarify the problem to solve.

  2. Choose an initial scope.

We define priorities, the people involved, the data required, access and success criteria.

  3. Deliver and integrate the solution.

Business software, ERP connection or AI use: we build the chosen solution, make the relevant data reliable and test it with its users.

  4. Prepare everyday use.

Training, documentation and human approvals: we support teams as they get to grips with it.

  5. Measure and decide what comes next.

We track the agreed indicators and propose useful corrections or developments, according to the support agreed.

You retain control
of decisions.

Priorities, access, team availability and approvals: responsibilities are defined before starting.

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING & PROCESSES

Her experience in multi-site management accounting at CF Group connects costs, data and day-to-day operations. She translates operational needs into clear project requirements and helps define relevant performance indicators.

Technical delivery

Business software, ERP connections and AI use: we build the chosen solution and test it with its users. The scope and support are defined for each engagement.

Our thesis: from a shop-floor problem to software that lasts

Delivering a tool is not enough. Our conviction is to connect the whole loop: understand a specific problem, bring together the relevant data, build or integrate the solution, support the teams, then measure and refine how it works. Responsibilities and follow-up are defined for each engagement.

We start with concrete engagements. When the same needs recur across several companies, our ambition is to turn proven generic components into software products maintained over time. This is a development trajectory, not a catalogue of products already available. Clients' confidential data is not pooled.

Before starting
a project.

How do you work with our IT department and providers?

Together, we identify the contacts, dependencies and approvals required. Kaireo's roles, your teams' roles and those of your providers are clarified before commitment.

How are price and timeline defined?

The proposal takes account of scope, data, integrations and support. It sets out the deliverables, responsibilities and approval stages before commitment.

What happens to our data?

Before any processing, together we define and approve the relevant data, access, providers and hosting. Your confidentiality requirements are part of the scoping.

Do we need to replace our ERP?

Not necessarily. A connection, an adaptation or an additional tool may be enough. A more substantial change must be justified by your need.

How much time will our teams need to commit?

We plan for a business lead and time to observe, test and approve. The workload and people involved are defined during scoping, based on the agreed project.

Do we already need to know which tool we want?

No. A problem or goal is enough to start the discussion. We clarify the need before choosing the solution.

Will AI be used everywhere?

No. A rule, a calculation or a conventional integration may be enough. AI is used where relevant, with limitations and approvals suited to the risk.

And after go-live?

The quotation distinguishes what is included after go-live from additional support: documentation, handover, maintenance, assistance and developments.

What would you like
to improve in your operations?
